Simply browse and add items to your shopping bag;  You can also contact us at order@karencurtis.com. (Please include: name, address, phone number, and item style number). Once your order is received a sales representative will contact you for payment details

Karen Curtis jewelry is handmade and limited edition, many are one-of-a-kind. In stock items usually ship within 2 business days.  Please allow up to two weeks for distribution for custom items. 

Rushed Delivery - please email us if you need a rush delivery and we are happy to do our best. Please make sure to include "rush'" in the subject of your e-mail with style numbers. We will contact you within 24hrs with an estimated date of early delivery. Please include your name, address, phone number and product description and we'll contact you to sort out payment details.

SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped USPS ground or priority mail unless otherwise specified.

PAYMENT METHODS
KarenCurtis.com accepts all major credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover, chase pay pay, Apple Pay, google pay, PayPal, pay later with paypal, and afterpay for 4 easy installments that are interest free.

 

USING A PROMOTIONAL CODE
From time to time we have special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code that we provide to you. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided on the Shopping Bag page and hit the "Checkout" button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order at checkout and will not appear on a line item basis.

SALES TAX 
Sales tax will be added to orders shipping in New York. Please note that tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order. Shipments outside New York will not include tax.

 

EMAILS RELATED TO ORDERING
We will communicate information about your order by email. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped that will include the FedEx tracking number for your package.

GIFT OPTIONS
Items can be packaged in our complimentary Karen Curtis gift packaging. You can choose to send a gift message and gift receipt (which will exclude prices) at no charge, even if you do not select gift wrap.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
We want your KarenCurtis.com shopping experience to be a great one. Therefore, for non-custom designs we are glad to make an exchange for with in 21 days of receipt. 


Jewelry - may be exchanged within 21 days of receipt as long as they are unworn, in perfect condition, in original packaging.
Chandeliers / Lighting are Final sale
Custom Work cannot be returned as it is tailored specifically for each individual.
Sale items are final sale.
 

To return your order: 
Please e-mail: customerservice@karencurtis.com and a representative will get back to you within 24-48hrs. 
The item/s must be returned to KarenCurtis.com with original receipt.

Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Karen Curtis cannot be held responsible for lost merchandise, therefore we suggest that you insure all parcels. Please allow up to 30 days to process the exchange, or send a credit voucher if you are a gift recipient.

CANCELLATIONS 
Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.

Custom Chandeliers and Pendant Lights
ORDERING TERMS AND CONDITIONS


For LIGHTING • Orders can be processed online, by phone or email.
All orders will be confirmed via email and will require a signature to guarantee the order. 
• Full payment is required in advance on all orders under $1500.  On orders over $1500, a deposit of 50% is required before the order is processed, and the balance is due prior to shipment. 
• Payments may be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or by cashiers check/money order payable to Karen Curtis. 
• Due to the customized nature of each piece, the deposit is non-refundable.  All orders are considered final 3 days after deposit or full payment has been made.  There are no cancellations.  Changes may be made up to 7 days after order date and may incur additional charges. 
• All orders will ship within 7 days of receiving final payment. 
• Standard delivery time is approximately 4-8 weeks on custom orders and may vary due to quantities, scope of project, current order volume and production schedule.  All orders are shipped via FedEx unless prior arrangements have been made. 
• Items will be shipped as they are ready, unless purchase order indicates that the order is to ship complete.  Shipping and handling are the responsibility of the purchaser and the appropriate charges will be added to the invoice for each shipment. 
• All of our merchandise is thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged prior to shipping to insure no loss due to breakage.  Any claims for loss or damage arising in transit must be submitted to us in writing within 5 business days of receipt.  Upon receiving notification, Karen Curtis, Inc. will inform you of the next course of action.  It is important that all damaged product and packing materials are kept for Fed Ex claims inspection.  If any of the items or packing materials are discarded or missing, Karen Curtis will not be able to replace the items and the purchaser will be responsible for payment of the product. 
• Custom modifications to existing fixtures will incur additional charges and may extend delivery time.  Any changes to an existing order must be made in writing within 7 days of receiving order confirmation. 
• With the intent of improving the design, Karen Curtis reserves the right to change specifications and make design modifications at any time, without notice.
