Return & Exchange Policy

ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want your KarenCurtis.com shopping experience to be a great one. Having 2nd thoughts? No worries—we're here to help! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eligible items by mail within 21 days of Receipt. 

RETURNS

You may return item(s) within 21 days of receiving your order. Merchandise must be returned in its original, unused condition, with tags intact and packaging included. (see below)
 
Jewelry - may be  returned or exchanged within 21 days of receipt as long as the item(s) is unworn, in perfect condition. Include all original packaging, box or pouch that came with your jewelry purchase and paperwork. If hangtag comes directly attached to the item, the tag must be intact to submit a return.

ArtGlass - vases, bowls, wine-stoppers, sculptural art-glass - may be returned for full refund or exchanged or store credit within 21 days of receipt as long as they are in perfect condition.
 
Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns that do not meet these requirements. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a full refund or credit to your online account based on your preference. 

HOLIDAY POP UP POLICY

Our pop-up markets are exchange only. 

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt. However if this is a gift for the holidays we will extend our exchange policy for item(s) to be exchanged by January 2nd.

Merchandise must be returned in its original, unused condition, with tags intact and packaging included.

Custom merchandise cannot be exchanged.


FINAL SALE

• Chandeliers / Lighting are Final sale 
• Custom Work cannot be returned as it is tailored specifically for each individual.
• Sale items marked final sale will not be eligible for return or store credit.
