Crystal Benefits — Terms & Conditions

Joining the program. Crystal Benefits is free to join. Creating an account on karencurtis.com or signing up through the rewards panel makes you a member — no purchase is required.

Earning points. Points are earned as described on our Rewards page, including for signing up, placing orders, referring friends, and select social actions. Point values may change from time to time as the program evolves.

Redeeming points. Points can be redeemed for reward codes through your account's rewards panel and applied at checkout. Points have no cash value outside the Crystal Benefits program and cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes.

Referrals. Referral rewards are issued once your friend completes a qualifying purchase using their referral link or code. Referral terms may be updated periodically.

Returns. If an order that earned points is returned or canceled, the associated points may be removed from your account.

If the program changes. I built Crystal Benefits to thank my customers for their loyalty, and I intend to keep it running for the long haul. If I choose to end or significantly change the program, I'll give members at least 30 days' notice, and any unused points at that time will be converted to a dollar credit on your account, usable at checkout. Crystal Benefits currently runs through a third-party rewards platform; in the rare case that platform becomes unavailable outside of my control, I'll do my best to honor outstanding points as store credit, though I may not be able to guarantee the standard notice period in that circumstance.

Fair use. Karen Curtis NYC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this program, or to revoke points from any account found to be abusing it, at our discretion.
