The item/s must be returned to with original receipt.

Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. 

Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of the delivery date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs.

Karen Curtis cannot be held responsible for lost merchandise, therefore we suggest that you insure all parcels. 

We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise.  We are not responsible for missing packages. 


Gift Recipients may return eligible gift items for merchandise credit. 

To receive a refund to the original form of payment, the purchaser must return the item themselves including invoice receipt.



If you chose any shipping method other than FREE SHIPPING during checkout,  your shipping fee will not be refunded.
Returns will be refunded to your original form of payment or as a store credit.
Gift cards are final sale
Please securely package your items in original packing materials, and protect the crystals with tissue paper or cushions as you received your jewelry.  
Please fully insure as we are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
*We do not accept returns if they arrive in any condition other than their original state.  Please hold onto your tracking information as it is the shippers responsibility for filing a claim with the courier if items are damaged during return shipping.


Policy is the same for International and Domestic purchases. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment or if you prefer merchandise credit.  Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. 



We do not make price adjustments on previous purchases


Please allow up to 7-10 business days to process the return.  Credit for online merchandise is usually applied within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise for you to use immediately.  Online credit does not expire. 

You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.

We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

3. Your Return Authorization number (RA#) will be emailed to you once we process your request; please allow up to 24-72 hours for processing. All requests for RA numbers must be made via email.

4. Your item must be returned within 5 days of receiving your RA number.

5. Print your confirmation email and include it with your package.

6. Pack and securely seal the merchandise including all packing material - Use any Box 

7. Please email us tracking information, so we know when to expect your package.
