and select items. You can also contact us at order@karencurtis.com.
Simply include your name, address, phone number, and item
style number. Once your order is received a sales representative
will contact you for payment details.
Karen
Curtis jewelry is handmade and one-of-a-kind, most items
are limited edition. Please allow up to two weeks for distribution.
For the holiday season we understand that many of you will
be needing quick delivery. If you need a rushed delivery
please make sure to include "rush'" in the subject
of your e-mail with style numbers. We will contact you within
24hrs with an estimated date of early delivery. Please include
your name, address, phone number and product description
and we'll contact you to sort out payment details. Visa/Mastercard/Discover
and American Express are accepted.

orders will be shipped via FedEx ground unless otherwise
specified.
Return Policy
We want your KarenCurtis.com shopping experience to be a
great one. Therefore, for non-custom designs we are glad
to make an exchange for any items you are not completely
happy with. The item must be returned to KarenCurtis.com
within 7 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect
condition. Custom-made Jewelry cannot be returned as it
is tailored specifically for each individual. Sale items
are final sale. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise
is non-refundable. Karen Curtis cannot be held responsible
for merchandise prior to our receipt, therefore we suggest
that you insure all parcels.
